Good 550w/650w like Seasonic Focus Plus Gold or Corsair RMx, Evga G2/G3 will be fine

You might find that 120mm aio is not enough cooler for the 8700k + OC. Should be looking at a minimum of medium+ air cooler like cryorig H5/scythe mugen Rev.b or good 240mm/280mm aio.

2133MHz ram isn't going to do that cpu any favors as the cpu is built for 2666MHz before any OC.

Unfortunately yes, you do, and thats not exactly cheap. But, that's a serious piece of hardware in the i7-8700k and just like having a decent mobo to support its abilities, you also need decent supporting accessories like ram, psu etc.

Kinda like buying a very powerful sportscar, you will need good meat on the tires, or you'll just sit and spin, going nowhere fast.
