How much power will my pc need?

Hi guys, I'm a bit of a PC noob and I found this pc that I like, and I am going to purchase. But the power supply is really bad and I need to know if a 500w corsair psu is enough, or even, if I could go for a 430 watt corsair psu. Thanks in advance.

They've got a Gold rated 450 that should do the trick for $75. it's a CSM model . . . just stay away from the CX models, they are (or were) poorly made.
