This is my build:

I7-4790K (maximum overclocked)
NZXT Kraken X61, cpu-cooler
ASUS Z97-WS, LGA 1150
EVGA GTX Titan X superclocked

I will be using lets say 8x140 mm fans, 8 USB ports, 1 Ethernet Cable, 1 Displayport.
I will use the Corsair RGB Gaming Mouse and RGB Gaming Keyboard, also Razer gaming mousepad. The Keyboard takes 2 USB ports and razer mousepad uses 1. I think you get the point.

Would 850 W be enough for this build? Or how much should I have to be on the safe side?

Solution
A good quality 650 can easily do the job. EVGA 650 G2 is a good option. If you want a bit more, EVGA 750 B2 is powerful and not too expensive (also comes in G2 flavor). These are made by Super Flower and represent the best in performance and quality with great warranties.
