That RX 580 is 185W GPU, since you have 2x, it's (185 * 2) = 370W. Rest of the system is at about 200W, bringing the total to 570W. Since you want OC both GPUs and CPU as well, i'd put the safe margin of 300W on top of that, with final amount about 870W (which includes CPU + 2x GPU high-level OC while system running at 100% utilization).

Here, 1kW (1000W) good quality PSU will do fine and it also leaves plenty of headroom for power spikes as well. That being said, i suggest getting any Seasonic PSU in 1kW range, e.g: Focus+ 1000 (80+ Gold), PRIME Ultra 1000 (80+ Gold), PRIME Ultra 1000 (80+ Platinum), PRIME Ultra 1000 (80+ Titanium),

Warranty wise:
Focus+: 10 years
PRIME: 12 years (includes all PRIME models: regular, Fanless, AirTouch, SnowSilent, Ultra)

All my 3 PCs: Skylake, Haswell and AMD are also powered by Seasonic. Full specs with pics in my sig.
Where i have:
Skylake: Seasonic PRIME 650 (80+ Titanium)
Haswell: Seasonic M12II-850 EVO (80+ Bronze) <- will upgrade that in near future
AMD: Seasonic Focus+ 550 (80+ Platinum) <- had Seasonic S12II-520 (80+ Bronze) before upgrade
