How much ram for this vid card and processor

What do you recommend for ram with a ati 5850 vid card and a i7 2.66 ghz as far as 2,4,6 gbs of ram

You'll want tripple channel, so 2 and 4gb configurations are out. I would get 6gb in a 3 x 2gb stick set.

6GB is nice number and more than enough for a general use or for gaming.
