How much ram is enough for a dedicated video card?

Hello,
Is 64 MB Ram for dedicated video card AMD RAdeon 6300) enough for basic gaming with a decent video card?

For today's games, most would recommend no less than 512 MB, with 1GB being the 'Sweet Spot' for ram on a video card. as far as system ram goes, 4GB minimum(32bit OS) with the sweet spot being 8GB (for 64-bit OS, since ram is so cheap. )

if youre graphics card has 64mb of ram i think you might be in need of some urgent upgrades. what are your other specs?
