How much RAM?

hello all,

i was wondering how much ram i really need. my new build is:

msi 880G-e45 motherboard

amd phenom ii x4 960t cpu

gtx275 gpu ???



i found 2 really good deals. so which one and how much would you rather choose base on my processor/mobo?


kingston hyperx 1600mhz ddr3

or

patriot g2 1600mhz ddr3



the computer will be mostly for light software usage and gaming (MW3)



any help would be appreciated

Don't get any of these, they are 1.65V.
