[SOLVED] how much shared gpu memory do i need

on my gtx 1060 3gb i have 3gb of dedicated gpu memory and 8gb of shared gpu memory (i also have 16gb of 3200mhz ddr4) is there a way to increase my dedicated gpu memory if so should i do this.

dedicated gpu memory is from the gpu itself. to get more, you need to get a new gpu with more vram
