Best way to determine a price is to check for actually sold items on E-Bay. i7-4790 versions of that PC have sold for around $250.

Not the sold items. What somebody hopes to sell for is very different that what people are willing to pay. You have to look at the sold listings. Your competition is in the $250 range based on the information you provided.
