How much should I OC Asus gtx 970 strix?

Hi,

Currently I am running at +300 Mhz memory clock and +100 Mhz core clock. Are these values too high? My temps are at 70-72 (running unigine heaven 4x aa everything max), but my friend told me that I putting too much stress on the card.

Stress only hurts living beings .. high voltage and temps hurt gpus. Those temps r perfectly fine. Do u have a custom fan curve

You should make a custom fan curve in msi afterburner. Also afterburner will limit the voltage to safe maximum so if u want to bump it up in case ur overclock becomes unstable.
