i have a 2 year old hp omen prebuilt system with extra ram added and wondered how much its worth.
i5 7400
16gb ddr4 2400 mhz ram
gtx 1060 3gb
stock cooler
rgb case

thats about it.

A new, open box, unit is selling for $499.00 on eBay.

With 2 years of use on it, knock that down to $300.00, and be ready to settle for $250.00 if it doesn't move.

i looked at the prices on pc part picker new and it would be like 800 dollars for really low end versions of these specs so i think i can get like 600 dont u

Yes, you can get $600 for that computer if it's in good condition.

And your system is a 2 year used OEM PC, expect less than half of what the components are worth.
$300 is entirely reasonable as a whole unit.
If you want more money part it out.

exept ur forgetting that just because its 2 years old doesnt mean its worthless the parts are worth quite a bit more and also the computer is in great condition. also by ur logic with it being 2 years old i can sell a gtx 1080ti system for 300 right

The parts are worth more new, and just that parts.
You will get more than 300 out of it parting it out, but the typical buyer will see a PC used for 2 years and not want to pay anywhere near retail price for components.

To answer the second half, 1080Tis sell for 450-550 used.
Systems with 1080Tis in them sell for as low as 800 depending on specs.

Used, fully built systems do not price well.
