There are not many examples of that particular version of the card on ebay, but you could undoubtedly sell it for a significantly higher price than that. The one that sold for $210 was a single auction that got just one bid, due to it being from a new seller with zero feedback that only joined the site the day before. That particular example is the lowest-priced (presumably functional) 2060 sold on the service over the last 3 months in North America, so it's not a good example to base pricing upon.
Looking at "sold" listings on ebay, nearly all pre-owned 2060s sell for over $250 USD shipped, so that's the minimum I would consider selling it for at this time. Many sell for closer to $300, even some single-fan models, though since it's possible to find new cards for not much more, that would be a harder sell. Probably somewhere in between that range (toward the lower end) would be a good starting point for pricing. Keep in mind that those ebay sellers also need to pay transaction fees and shipping though. And of course, if you are somewhere other than the US, pricing might be different in your region...
