How much should I sell this custom built desktop computer for?

Built this computer for $1400 in January 2015, currently it would cost ~$1200 to build new. I'm hoping to sell this on Craigslist by mid-March and my original asking price was $750. I was made an offer for $500 and was wondering if I should settle for $600. Let me know what you think, thanks!

600$ would be a good price but you'll need to settle for less maybe

you gotta keep in mind: 1200$ new, yes, but the i5-4690k is only 5$ cheaper than the 20% faster i5-7600k
the 970 is here for 400$, while it's easily outperformed by a 320$ 1060, so in terms of performance it's really more of a 200-250$ card.
so that 1200$ drop down to 1000$/950$ value fast. getting 40-60% of that would be 400-600$
