How much should I sell this for?

Hi everyone, so I want a new computer, im just not getting good frames on the games I want. So, heres my rig...

CPU: AMD FX 8320E 3.2ghz
GPU: ASUS R9 270 2GB Vram
RAM: 8GB Single- Channel DDR3
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 6.0
PSU: Corsair CX 600W
Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Optical Dirve: HL-DT-ST BDDVDRW UH12NS30 ATA
Case: DEEPCOOL STEAMCASTLE (Black)

Ok... So im going to sell this on the facebook market place, but I don't know how much to sell it for. Yes, these are old parts, but my rig runs like brand new, its just i want to play very demanding games. My main goal is to sell this rig so I can have more money to put towards an i5 8400 and GTX 1060. Anyways, could you guys let me know how much I should sell my rig for? I spent $700 on it 2 and a half years ago.

CPU: 50-80
Mobo: Sell it with the CPU
GPU: 50-100 GPU prices are all over
RAM: 40 or 50
PSU: Not really worth much since a new CX is usually around 35 to 40 bucks
Case: Honestly youll have a hard time selling it, PC case design is definitely more subtle these days.

All in all as a whole maybe in the 300-400 range.

I just sold an 8520, 16GB RAM, with SSD with Windows 7 and MS original media for $300. I would think that would be about as much as you could get.
