Solution
Unfortunately, a lot of those components are getting into 'obsolete' tech.

Parting it out *may* give some better returns. As an example, from 'sold' listings on eBay

Pentium G860 sold for $15-$30
Boards comparable to an H61-DGS for $20-$40
RAM for $30 NEW
A 250GB HDD is pretty worthless new. Maybe $10
VP-450 used, maybe $15 if you're lucky.
DVD burner.... $10 I'd say.
Used 6670s have sold for $25-$60

All in all, parted out you'd be looking in the $100-$125 range with some time & effort put into selling it. Realistically though you'd be lucky to recoup $100-. On a really, really good day you might be able to squeeze a little more, maybe $120 out of it.

Sorry, probably not the news you were hoping for.

Now...if you market it correctly, with a new, valid, OS ($100), you might be able to move it for $225.

"Back to school! Does your middle schooler need her own PC? Here ya go!"
"Fresh OS install (includes COA and installation disk), Office compatible suite (LibreOffice), antivirus, anti-malware, blah, blah..."
"Fully tested, will deliver"
