Hello,I'm purching the Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 Wolfdale 3.16GHz 6MB L2 Cache LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor BX80570E8500 and I want to add it to my system. My question how much space can I add and still have a quick decent gaming computer... on a budget

Please explain what you mean by adding "space."
To add the CPU to your system you'll need a LGA775 motherboard, with a northbridge not older than X38. To get the best gaming performance, I recommend a board with an X48 northbridge for 2 16x PCIe lanes - allows ATi crossfire.
