How much do I need to have in my Gaming PC? I am building a Gaming PC just for Flight Simulator. So the Storage that I want to go for is 1TB. I wanna go with a 500gb Samsung 850 PRO and 500 gb Samsung 950 PRO m.2. What do you think about this, should I go with 2 tb or just stick with this?

It is a good choice. Yes SSDs are currently the fastest storage. A 1Tb 850Evo is a wise choice. The 950 pro has much better specs but in games the load times will be very similar (http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2586021/samsung-850-pro-evo-real-world-difference.html) and the price is much much higher and the 850EVO is very straight forward to install.

Maybe this can be discussed elsewhere, but I thought TRIM was only supported in PCIe storage by Windows. Does Win10 support TrIM in M.2?

I do agree though, 240gb should be be the minimum. I was just saying that it is still possible to do 120gb if you only have an OS and one game.

It really depends on how many games you have, but a 500gb SSD is a good start.
I have a 500Gb 850EVO and 1.5TB secondary HDD. Recently I had to buy another 750EVO (which is basically the same speed from my experience)
I use a tool called Steamtool to move games between SSD and HDD. http://www.stefanjones.ca/steam/
It enables playing games seamlessly on steam whichever drive the files are on without steam being aware of it. You can move large games that you play seldom to the HDD from the SSD to make more space on the SSD for new stuff.
With SSDs there is really minor real life difference (in gaming) between the EVOs and the Pros I would personally rather get a 1TB 850EVO than 500GB 850Pro.
