[SOLVED] How much voltage do I really need?

I have an AMD Ryzen 3700X, I'm not going to overclock it, and want to know how much voltage I'll actually use. I couldn't understand the following article, so please tell me as well as if

memory and other things also determine how much voltage I'll need:​

That's just starting frequency as it can boost over 4.3GHz on one core and over 4.2GHz on the rest. If you want to keep it at 3.6 GHZ (why ?) you need to set multiplier manually and for that you would need 1,2v maximum.

Memory controller has own voltage setting, 3rd gen Ryzen even has an IO chip that's separate from cores. Any numbers anybody can tel you are just ball park values, every system is a bit different.

I mean in Tom's lists, under a mobo is the
Voltage Regulator, e.g. 16 phases
