how much W in psu for a 151W gpu

A good 450-550w PSU (at least bronze certified) would be enough.

It is perhaps a little overkill for your system though, whats your budget?

500W is enough, but to be safe I would buy a 600 or 700W PSU, this means there's plenty of room for more components in the future.

That CMPSU-450VX can output 33 amps in the 12v rail. It is seasonic made, which is a good thing.

A 5850 needs ~13 amps max.

No problems there.
