How much wattage do I need for my future build? I tried wattage calculators but they all give me different wattages from 200-1200 w. I am confused on how much wattage I am going to need. This is what I have compiled of so far.

I am also wondering if any of my specs will bottleneck.

Case:
RAIDMAX Viper GX ATX-512WBR
Processor:
AMD FX-9370 Vishera 8-Core 4.4GHz Socket AM3+ 220W
Motherboard
MSI 970 Gaming AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD
Graphics Card
MSI GTX 970 GAMING 4G GeForce GTX 970 4GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support G-SYNC Support Video Card
RAM
HyperX Savage 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900)
DVD Burner
SAMSUNG DVD Burner SATA

I will have a 1 or 2 extra aftermarket fans as well and 2x240 GB SSD

Thanks!

AMD recommends 1,000 watt for a rig based on this CPU, with your components I'd go at least a 8-850...but that's if you get the 9370 - I'd suggest against it, this and the 9370 were basicall publicity stunts - a decent 8350 or 8370 can run the same and with less voltage. If looking for a powerful system be better off going Intel - these (9590 and 9370 weren't even sent out for review, and with good reason, the 4770 at stock outperforms them at everything and the 4770K leaves them far behind with even a minimal OC

Agree with you... 4790k/4770k is a better CPU
