How much wattage do i need

I am building my own pc i have all the components except a power supply because i dont know how much wattage i need
These are my components:
Motherboard: asrock b75 pro3
CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-3770
Videocard: Asus GTX660-DC2OCPH-2GD5
HDD: 1T western digital blue 7200 rpm
CPU fan: cooler master hyper 103
Ram: 16 gb corsair vengeance lp 1600mhz
4 case fans 1 with led
housing: Bitfenix merc alpha
And just a cheap dvd drive

I am also thinking to add another hdd sometime later thanks already for the help

More or less any quality entry level PSU will suffice. These tend to start at 400-430W, so that would be a good amount to aim for, but it could comfortably run on less.

you only need an approximate 430 quality PSU to drive a system using only one GTX 660. Look for something around a 430-450W (maybe something slightly larger for expansion capability) PSU from a top tier company such as Seasonic, XFX, Corsair (although I don't recommend their CX series) or Antec.

get a 550w xfx pro, seasonic s12-620w or antec 520w gamer so you have room for sli upgrade later when needed.
yes 550w can perfectly run even i7 4770k oced + 2x gtx 660 ti if the psu is quality one.

His motherboard doesn't support SLI, and his build is clearly not primarily for gaming, so it seems pretty unlikely he'd need that option.
Also, the GTX660Ti and GTX660 are entirely unrelated products.
You could SLI two GTX660s on a 550W PSU, but two GTX660Ti requires 4 6-pin PCIe cables, which most 550W PSUs don't have, and molex adaptors are a very poor solution.

that was a "just in case". 660ti and sli were just an example.
sorry but some 550w psus do own 4 6pin pcie cables such as super flower, rosewill (tachyon etc), silentnight and more.
and xfx 550w handles 2gpu sli perfectly.
and he can always upgrade gpu or mainboard.
nor did he mention he won't game at all.
whatsoever.

Sorry my point wasn't personal, just that your comments were irrelevant to this build for a few reasons.

Some 550W PSUs do carry 4 PCIe cables, but none of the ones you listed in your first post (which are all great and very suitable PSUs) do.
I've personally SLIed GTX660s on an XFX-550, so I can absolutely vouch for that (albeit for around an hour or two until my girlfriend demanded hers back. And her motherboard)

Point remains, for the build he has, almost any quality entry level PSU will do.

that indeed.
I just suggested more power in case he upgrades gpu he will need to buy new psu.
and that psu will cut his gpu budget at that time.
of course he may have no intention for that possibly.
i know is not personal. was just justifying my post lol. my mistake I didn't add a 4x 6pin psu there.
