How much wattage does my power supply need?

i'm building a gaming computer soon and this is what i'm going to add

1: cpu : Intel Core i5-4670K 3.80 GHz

2: cpu cooler : COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO

3: motherboard : MSI Z97-G45 GAMING LGA1150

4: ram : Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3 1600

5: gpu : x2 : nvidia geforce GT 430

Go with the Seasonic M12 620W PSU. It will be more than enough to power that monster, with some overhead room for overclocking
