How much wattage in my psu

How about the EVGA SuperNova G2 650w PSU. A good quality 550w would also be fine but better to pick this one. If you want to SLI later you will want to pick a good 750w psu. Also, made some changes to your build. You need a Z97 mobo to OC that CPU, otherwise why pick an unlocked cpu? I choose the Asus Z97-A because it is great value but you can pick a different one. Also, added an ssd (I really makes a difference in response time and overall feel of the PC, but it doesn't matter in terms of gaming, except loading times). Picked a WD hdd as it is has lower failure rates and generally is more reliable.

I would personally pick something like this for a balck/white color scheme (the mobo does not match very well but still) The case is higher quality, but for a little more you can get the Phanteks Enthoo Pro:

But you haven't mentioned your budget. I guess it is around 600 pounds?
Personally I suggest an R9 390 over a gtx 970 (I have an MSi gaming R9 390 now and it performs great). The extra vram and bandwidth help when using virtual super resolution i some games or when playing sth. like Shadow of Mordor. The power consumption is only 40-60w greater and the gpu gets quite hot if you don't have proper airflow in the case but you can deal with that easily.

@Compuser10165 You can overclock using the B85-G41 PC Mate. However SLI is not supported.

Heavily depends on which Silverstone psu's you're on about. A lot of those cheaper ones are not good at all.

Ok, should have studied that particular mobo, but I suggest getting a Z97 chipset mobo to get the most of that cpu.

Good choice of a PSU as well. Those tend to be rather expensive so I haven't thought about them.
