Hey - I am really confused what the OPTIMAL wattage for my PSU would be.

System: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Wdz6qs

The PC also features one CPU cooler, 3 fans in the case and of course several USB devices that will be connected.

I want an optimal PSU for this system that peaks at efficiency. During my research I read that the PSU should deliver more Watt than you use because the efficiency peaks at 50-70% or because the PSU delivers less power over time due to capacitor aging but I am really confused at what would be optimal for this system.

A professional answer would very much be appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks for your answer but are you sure about this? Do you have advanced knowledge on the topic? Not that I really doubt you... well actually I might. Maybe because of the Spongebob avatar I don't know :D. But this is an important decision for me so I'd rather be sure. Maybe other people can share their opinion aswell?

Well, have fun with your build.
I was also stressing out, with my 1st build (5-6 years ago).
To be honest I still stress out, especially when I put new 300$ CPU into 120$ Motherboard.
and freaking CPU bracket latch on motherboard, makes that terrible crunching sound on motherboard, like it breaks.
But well it's normal, us average paid people, don't have enough $$$$ to break stuff on a whim.
again, have fun with your build.

Also best efficiency is when, CPU runs 65-80% load, after 80+ rated PSU :D.
You want that space of 10-15% to prolong life of your parts in PSU.
