How much wattage will consume this configuration?

Hello everyone, i need help buying a PSU to supply this PC that i´m building. My options are 2 80+ bronze PSU, they both are from the same brand (EVGA), i´m choosing between 500w and 450w versions.

CPU: Intel Core i5 3570K
GPU: Sapphire Pulse RX560 4GB (90W of consumption)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3 1600mHz (XMP activated, 2x4GB)
MB: ECS B75 H2M4
HDD: 1TB 7200rpm, 120GB SSD SATA3
2 120mm fans

I´m not planing to make further updates on this PC.

Typical load for that system would be ~210W
Maximum efficiency is 50% of a power supplies capacity.

450W-500W would be plenty. Those PSUs you mentioned aren't the best quality. Very mediocre and the EVGA 450 B3 unit actually failed the Over Power Protection test when Tom's Hardware reviewed it. So the unit blew up with sparks and all. If you had to get one of those go with the 500B.

Corsair CX450 (2017) would be a better choice.

I have no problem overprovisioning a PSU a bit. Say 20%.
It will run cooler, quieter, and more efficiently in the middle third of it's range.
A PSU will only use the wattage demanded of it, regardless of it's max capability.

Past that, pick a tier 1 or2 unit if you can.
