I am in the process of building a computer and need to know what wattage psu I should get for the following:

Asuz Z87-A :LGA 1150 Intel Z87 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Intel Core i7-4770K Haswell 3.5GHz LGA 1150 84W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics BX80646I74770K

CD-Rom
DVD+ RW Rom
Card Reader & Ports
Status Display & Fan Controller
5 hard drives
2 video or graphic cards
Sound card
USB 3 card
7 fans

Maximum software load will come from Win 7 OS, Adobe Photo shop 7, Pinnacle Studio 16 video software while using dual monitors.

Absolutely get that XFX/Seasonic over the Corsair. Not that the Corsair is bad, but the XFX is made by one of the top manufacturers in the industry, it's slightly more efficient (platinum vs gold), fully modular, and almost $40 cheaper. No-brainer

This is just a thanks to those who have responded so quickly to my post. Initially, before I had come up with everything that I listed, I was looking at 850W but I would rather be on the safe side because who knows what I might want to add down the line. My current computer that I am using to write this, I built 10 years ago and the only thing that I have done is added more RAM (2GB) which is the max and a new larger hard drive. Every thing else is the same including a 300W psu. I am just hoping that I can get that kind of wear out of this new build which I am hoping will be my last. I am hoping that I can last 10 years. I am 85 now.

Wow. I still have to remind my parents where the USB ports are on their Dell. Kudos to you, sir.
