I have a blackshark 2 and the charger that comes with the phone says that it can provide 27w charging. Can my phone take any higher or what's the maximum power can it takes?

If you buy a reliable compatible charger (QC 4.0), there shouldn't be any issues.
It does not matter if you buy a faster charger, you smartphone will charge up to the max speed (27W) supported.
