How much watts do i need? athlon x2

hi! can anyone help me how much watts do i need for the specs of my pc? which do you think should i get HEC Winpower 550watts or Enermax Noisetaker 485watts? HEC is much cheaper and has more watts..what do you think? here's my specs..

Athlon X2 +3800
Asus A8n-SLI Premium
Corsair 1GB (2x512)
XFX Geforce 7800gtx 256mb ddr3
Seagate 250gb Sata-150 7200.8
Cooler Master Centurion 5
Lite-on Dvd writer

Is this going to be the final config for the system, or are you planning on adding more to it? I.E. A second optical drive, another hard drive or two, a second 7800 in SLI mode?
