Hello i wanted help with this sence im kind of new to building pcs and wanted to know how much watts i needed for my graphics card and cpu thanks:

550W is sufficient, but since the PSU is one of the least frequently upgraded components and I am sure you will be upgrading in the future it is better to choose 650W to have a better margin for upgrades. Just make sure you select a quality PSU that actually delivers the power it advertises.
