I have Delta 450gps aa power supply.

GTX 750 ti Oced
Core i5 2400
4 ram sticks
1hdd
2fans

I want to know the power supply sucks full 500w ( 450w + extra watts which are wasted in heat e.tc)
or sucks only watts it needs.

Also, how many watts it pulls from the wall will depend on the PSUs efficiency. If you have a gold rated it will waste less energy as it pulls from the wall. Although the difference wasted between a gold an bronze typically isn't worth the extra spent to get the gold.

Yes, it is ok to run a computer 24 hours a day. Of course it will affect the lifetime of the system, especially if you are running at high load 24/7.

It is best to use the shutdown option for turning off your computer (unless you have your power button set to shutdown as opposed to holding the button for 5 secs and doing a 'hard' shutdown). On my computer, pushing the power button is the same as choosing the shutdown option in windows.
