How much watts smps need for my pc?

I have
Asrock N68C-GS FX Motherboard
AMD PHENOM II X4 975 Processor
Nvidia Geforce GT 640 2 GB Graphics Card
8GB DDR3 RAM
1TB HDD
I'm now using a 400watt SMPS.
Pls Help.

A 500 Watts would be more than enough. If possible, go with a 550 Watts. Antec Basiq Series VP550P 550W is a very good one.

Okay. In that case, better change it. Go for a 450 Watts PSU if budget is a constrain. Try Antec VP450P. Its also a very good unit.

Yep - its OK.

I like the modern simple design of the corsair case better though. But its a personal thing. Pick the one you like the look of the best. Just check that its big enough and has usb3.0 ports.

I would say better go with kendomen case as it comes with all the Case fans preinstalled.

Also the GX900 has good build quality & lot of air vents
