I want to sell my gaming PC as I cannot bring it with me to college.
It Uses Windows 10
CPU: Intel Core i7-4790
Motherboard: ASUS Maximus VII Ranger
GPU: EVGA Reference GTX 780
CPU Cooler: Cryorig H7
RAM: 16GB DDR3 Origin edition?
Power Supply: Corsair 650w RM fully modular
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB SATA 3.5" hard drive
Exterior 6 slot hard drive Hotswap bay
A LG CDrom/DVD disk drive
And a really sturdy Origin Millennium Case with RGB lighting.

The temps average at idle around 25-27C and on loads go up to like 72-75C
Suprisingly it still runs most games at 60FPS on medium to high settings and runs GTA5 at 98 FPS average

My friends are telling me like 500, but I really don't know too much about tech pricing.

4790, or 4790k?

A solid 4790 + board + 16GB RAM still goes for ~$200 or more on eBay.

A 780, maybe $75.

So, an asking price of $500 isn't too unrealistic with a quality PSU, licensed Windows 10, CPU cooler etc.
Probably expect to sell it for ~$400, depending on the buyer.

That assumes of course, that you have a local market of buyers looking for this type of system. Once you look at shipping etc, it's not particularly viable to sell a complete system.
