How much would this sell for?

So I want to sell my old processor. There's a local computer store nearby that buys parts, so I'll try there. It's apparently a crappy processor, so I'm not expecting much, but I'm only $7.00 short of buying something else I need, so I don't need a whole lot for it. It's a Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU W3550.

Also, I've already taken it off my old motherboard, but how do I sell it? Do I just sell the processor, or do I need to sell the fan and heatsink with it?

I really don't think anyone would be willing to buy it so you can keep the heatsink and the fan, though including those in would be a nice gesture overall. I would say sell it for around 40-70$

eBay has your CPU for $10 with free shipping. You can sell it with or without the heatsink, but be aware that shipping may be close to $10 if you send it with the heatsink.
