[SOLVED] How much would this sell for?

Hi,so i will be soon moving onto the i3 10100f from i3 3240,and im wondering,since i wont use my ivy bridge system anymore,how much would it sell for?
I have:

• i3 3240 (included cooler)
• Lenovo IH61m
• some kingston 3x8 gb ram at 1333mhz.

I've looked at some 2nd hand options and saw that i3 3240 goes for around 10$
24gb of ram goes for around 40-50$ (i have 1 more exact stick lying around but i cant put it in the mobo since it has 2 dimm slots,but the stick works)
The motherboard goes for 20$
So when i add all that up it comes to 70-80$
Would you pay for that?
I've been looking at some combos with 16gb of ram and found a couple of them retail at around 60-70$,but since i have 8gb more im quessing 70$ is a fair price.Might sell the 8gb ram stick separatelly though.
Thoughts?

Just the cpu/mobo/ram.
I3 3240 has integrated graphics so all you need is a cheap powersupply and some case,and you have a perfectly working system.

Alright.Thanks for the advice.
Also what do you think i should do with the ram.
You can only put 2x8gb sticks in that mobo,which means 1 stick of 8gb is left.
Should i include it in the offer as a spare,or should i create a separate offer for just that one stick?
I'd sell it for 10$ if i were to create a separate offer,seems reasonable?

Sell it all as a batch, incl the 3 or 4 RAM sticks.

Trying to extract an extra $10 out of this stuff is going to get in the way of selling it at all.
