ebay and paypal ends up being about 13% of fees. Shipping a PC is also problematic. The graphics card should not be "free floating". Also, shipping will probably be $40-60. So you spend $380 on a computer, you have to add $60 to that, and then another 13%. That's about $500. You would have to sell this computer for about $500 (without windows 10 mind you) to even break even. So then, you have to factor in your time, profits, and whatnot. What if a part breaks?

So let's say a safe price for YOU would be $600.

Who would want to buy this????

No one

It doesn't come with a mouse, keyboard, monitor, or warranty! No one would pay $600 for that awful computer.

I would pay $450 and buy something a bit better from Dell Outlet.
Incl OS, warranty, free shipping...

At that price point, you're competing with BestBuy, Dell, Walmart, etc.
The $90 for a valid Windows OS will kill you.

If you want to make a profit, then you'd be better off deal hunting with used components and trying to assemble a system out of those. There are some outrageous deals to be had out there. Or, just sell said components at a higher price to make an easy buck. You won't be making a profit at that price point.

Rather than blowing $100 for a separate GTX1030, I'd look at R5-2400G and a B350 board....

(Most do not pay 'like new' prices on E-Bay for newly assembled/no -warranty systems)
