Its a all new build with all new parts.

Sorry, but it's an entry level build, since it's 'built' it's considered used. Around $175 is what I would offer as a trade in, then sell for same or part it out. 8GB is considered entry level for a rig, so would have to buy a set of DRAM, relatively speaking the HD is on the small side and there's no SSD. Could prob get more out of it by piecing it out
