How do you have an AMD wraith cooler installed on an Intel CPU and motherboard? Last I checked, they don't make Intel adapters for AMD stock coolers.

Wrong cooler notwithstanding, I'd personally say you have about a 500 dollar system there, factoring in the fact that it is used and those parts are a couple of years old now.

Especially with that low end N1, B1 or W1 EVGA PSU. If you have a high quality PSU included, might be worth more like 600.

And if you figure about 70% of original cost, at the low end of what any of those parts sold for at some point over the last two years, which I've done here, and then subtract about 15-20% from the remaining value due to it being in use for around two years, you are looking at about 600-700 dollars, However, the PSU is a cheap, low quality unit and should in no way be considered adequate for that Vega 64. Also, it's below the capacity that we know needs to be used with Vega 64 to avoid problems with triggering protections on 650w or lower capacity units. A VERY GOOD 750w unit should be used with Vega 64 to avoid potential issues and to keep from damaging the graphics card when the fact that you are riding the edge of that PSUs capacity shoots the ripple levels through the roof and boils your capacitors. If it hasn't already, it will.

So, take another 45 bucks off for that. That's leaves you with about 555.00. Just about in line with what I said in the beginning.

If you have had problems with this system underperforming compared to what you should have been getting out of it, you can pretty well guarantee it's due to that low quality, below recommended capacity power supply. A GOOD 750w power supply would likely eliminate such problems altogether.
