How must I plug this cable?

It is a GPU-PSU cable. This is one of the last cables I must plug, but it is weird. Should I plug the 1 head ending to the GPU or the PSU? The PSU has 2 VGA ports, maybe I should plug the 2 headed ending to the PSU?

No the two headed ending is for one or two GPU power plugs. The one headed part is for the PSU.
