Hello! Yesterday I bought an used pc and the seller said that he had put liquid medal in the gpu.
How often do I need to change it?

8gb ram

When your temps go strangely high. don't fix if ain't broke.
Once a year is advised, but it depends on how hot your gpu is, your climate, how often you use your pc.
