How often do you buy hardware from eBay?

More specifically, I'm looking at video cards on ebay because they're cheaper than retail. Can I go wrong? Just looking at the peeps with a good amount of rep.

Usually it will be fine, just make sure you read all the details, and that the seller has a good rating.

I've been buying hardware for a long time from eBay sellers and never had a problem, but if you do have a problem and the seller is a twat, you're protected with PayPal anyway.

Strangely her in oz, pc hardware is often more expensive on eBay than retail, which in itself is already much more expensive than the US. So I ship it from Amazon us if I can.
