How often should a laptop's fan be cleaned & thermal paste be changed?

It's a 7 year old acer laptop & I gave it to service center 2 years ago for fan cleaning etc. (I don't know if they changed the thermal paste or not)

Now the CPU temperature remains 45 to 55 C & assembly temperature remains 50 to 65 C.

Is this normal temperature or should I again give it to service center for cleaning?

There is no fixed time for that. If you use it properly (not place it at furry surfaces, venting holes not blocked etc, not using it in dusty place) and its not overheating you dont have to worry. Most laptops now require to be repasted every time you open for a fan cleaning so you shouldnt worry about it either. Just make sure your temps are not too high and your pc isnt slow
