How open the shortcut folder

Hello,
can i open the shortcut folder?

The shortcut is a link to a file to be opened. Its not a folder.
You can right click and view properties.

Are you asking how to open a folder with a shortcut? Cause there is no Shortcut Folder. But check out this site for a lists of keyboard shortcuts that you can use with Windows.
