Hi
I don't know a think about PSUs and wondered how powerful should it be for an atom 330 board and 4 HDDs.
Also how do you work out this sort of thing?
Thanks a lot

The official Intel recommendation for an Atom based pc system is 75 watt or greater power supply.

tecmo34 - The Intel Atom 330 has an 8 watt TDP rating. It was designed for mini ITX form factor motherboards, mobile and small handheld devices. Considering the extremely low power requirements and the tiny form factor a 400 watt power supply is overkill.

If I'm not mistaken the high end version of the Intel Atom maxes out at 22 watts. Most versions use 5 watts or less.
