Ultra to Max settings on most games

Overwatch on Ultra, with frames uncapped (Custom, set to 300 max slider), I see about 160-200 frames depending on the action/map. Of course my monitor is limiting what I actually see but the game is rendering in those frames I mentioned. Using GPU-Z, I notice that my GPU will be in the 60s C but pretty much top at 69/70 C after very little time playing. Probably within 1 match, and my CPU will top at around 50/51 C. But I played two hours straight and nothing went higher than those temps, they just got to those temps within 5 mins I'd say. Of course they immediately drop just sitting on the main menu of the game. What is normal?
