how reliable is videocardbenchmark.net?

so im stuck between GTX 1060 3GB and RX 480, a lot of people say to get the RX 480 cuz of the extra Vram but videocard benchmark has GTX 1060 3gb ranked way above the RX 480, and so do some other websites. GTX 1060 is also cheaper, opinions?

the 3gb 1060 not only has less vram but is also internally neutered by nvidia
