how ro restore toshiba laptop to factary sattings

I had a problem with my genuine windows so took it to a shop, he installed another windows on c drive. I have hdd recovery in D drive and want to restore to factary satings. is possible?

If the factory recovery partition is intact:

1) Turn laptop off.
2) Press and hold down the '0' (zero) key.
3) Whilst keeping zero key depressed, press the power button.

Warning: factory recovery will overwrite all existing data on the hard drive.
