How safe is it to use FX-6300 without a graphic card? (high temps?)

Today I sent in my faulty Graphic Card to be replaced under warranty and they said it'll take about a month to receive a replacement (from overseas). I've been using my PC without a graphic card and I recently read here AMD FX series doesn't have integrated graphics.

When I first started using it sans-GPU Windows looked like safe mode but later it updated itself and now my resolution's fine and I can watch HD videos and stuff, but I notice temperature readings shoot up as soon as I start watching youtube videos or twitch streams. Core temp (on Core Temp) goes towards 50 degrees C, and (I think) Thermal margins (on AMD Overdrive) go towards 20-30 degrees C, after some time as low as 10 (these things fluctuate a lot...)

I'm wondering if it's really okay for me to be using my PC very often and watching a lot of multimedia like this for the next month while I wait for my graphic card. I read these CPUs can go up to 62 degrees safely before they overheat? Does that mean it's okay to hit high temps for long periods as long as it doesn't surpass those numbers?
My room is pretty cold usually (got AC) and I haven't had problems thus far.

Processor: AMD FX-6300
Mainboard: ASUS M5A78L-M LX V2 (no on-board graphics AFAIK)
Monitor is only 1366x768px

p.s. my first post .-.
p.p.s. does a red colour on Overdrive's frequency readings mean anything bad? and blue on thermal margins A okay?

50C-60C is fine. Your motherboard should have on-board graphics https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A78LM_LX_V2/specifications/

Integrated ATI Radeon™ HD 3000 GPU

You should be fine. Maybe check for the latest drivers for your on-board graphics.

Oh, my bad. I thought it didn't have on-board graphics 'cause other boards have them in their product names or more prominently displayed on the site, and there's no driver under support :/
Thanks. I'll do that, although Windows might have already done it.

UPDATE: AMD driver page:
ATI Radeon™ HD 4000/ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 4000, ATI Radeon™ HD 3000/ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 3000, and ATI Radeon™ HD 2000/ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 2000 Series Graphics reached peak performance optimization in October, 2013.
