[SOLVED] How should I clone an applications/files only (no OS) HDD to a new SSD?

Hi. So I have my Windows 10 OS on its own SSD and all my applications, programs, and files on a separate 1TB HDD. I would like to leave the OS SSD as is and clone the HDD to a new 2TB SSD. All of the info I'm finding online related to cloning is about moving Windows to another drive, which is the thing I specifically don't want to do. How should I migrate everything on the HDD to the new SSD?

Works exactly the same.

Or, for a secondary drive like this, you do not need to clone at all.
Simple copy/paste, and swap drive letters around. The OS will see the new SSD just like the old HDD, no problem.
