[SOLVED] How should I have my storage set up

I have an I9 11900K on a ROG Maximus XIII Hero

Drive C: Samsung 980 Pro 500GB NVMe 4.0 (Boot Drive) NTFS
Drive D: Samsung 980 Pro 1TB NVMe 4.0 (Steam Games) NTFS I assume running at 3.0 as top slot taken by boot drive
Drive E: Samsung 980 1TB NVMe 3.0 (Epic/Ubisoft Games) NTFS
Drive F:Samsung 870 Evo 4TB SSD (Windows Games) NTFS
Drive G: Western Digital Black 4TB HDD (General Storage) NTFS

Should this be in Raid 0 or are my drives sizes wrong I thought I read they had to be same size and brand?

Forget about raid 0 on SSDs. More trouble than worth.
