Question How should I place my case fans.

I have a Fractal Design Meshify S2 and for my birthday my wife bought me 4 of the new 140 mm Fractal Design RGB fans but my brother bought me the ASUS Ryuo 240 AIO. Is it ok to front mount the radiator and use the 4 case fans for exhaust on the top and back? Thanks in advance for the help.

most people seem to say the CPU radiator is best on top, where heat rises . I dont use one myself, but logicaly I would think being at the top would be better. maybe fans in front and rear or bottom (if case has bottom fans)
